22nd Annual Gala Juried Fine Arts Exhibition
at The Arts Center in Elkins, WV
The Arts Center invites artists working in a variety of mediums to submit applications for our Annual Gala Juried Fine Arts Exhibition.
Details:
The Annual Gala Exhibition is a fine arts benefit to celebrate years of providing accessible arts programming for artists, and our community. This exhibit coincides with a Gala fundraiser and provides artists the chance to showcase their art work. The Arts Center is committed to presenting and promoting ‘excellence in arts.’
How to Register:
Click the button (link) at the top right of the screen that says “Register.”
Create an account/user profile, including a password. Keep this info for future logons.
Bio: You are asked to enter a bio. Whatever you enter here, will be printed in the gala program. If you only want one word, its your choice, but its what will be used in the program.
Once logged in, you will see “My Application Page.” EACH piece of artwork is a separate submission.
Upload your entries/images.
You MUST click on blue button: COMPLETE AND VIEW ENTRY

The non-refundable registration fee is processed through a secure payment system using Visa or MasterCard. The fee covers up to 4 entries.

Selection process and artist notification:
The artistic work submitted by each artist is juried based upon the following criteria:
Body of Work: How well the images represent a point of view
Technical Execution: Technique, skill, degree of difficulty, mastery of materials used
Sales Allocation:
The Arts Center is a non profit, 501c3. We are required to collect sales tax on the art sold. We will issue payment at the end of the exhibit, less a courtesy commission.
Artist Notification:
All notifications to artists will happen via email to the email address on file with the ArtCall.org system. No phone calls. Check your spam folder. If you have not received an email, you can log in to the artcall system at any time to check the status.
