Conditions and Liability

Your online signature is required.

Requirements:

  1. All work must be professionally framed in a safe manner, with a wire affixed accordingly to hang 2D art.
  2. No sharp edges or dangerous protrusions on artworks.
  3. Artwork should not be so fragile that shipment or public display is potentially harmful.
  4. All art must be original works of art. 
  5. Work cannot be exhibited more than one time in the Great Hall Gallery. 
  6. ages 18+, international entries welcome
  7. adhere to drop off and pick up dates

The Arts Centers Exhibits Committee reserve the right to use our discretion in hanging and displaying art works.

Conditions and Liabilities Agreement between Artist and The Arts Center

Courtesy Commission:

The Arts Center retains a 20% for members, and 30% for Non Members. Payments will be made in the form of a check when the exhibit is over. It could take a minimum of 2 weeks after an exhibitions’ end date for funds to be available for numerous reasons. Thank you for being patient. Sales Tax is collected only if artwork sells in our gallery at 7%. This tax will be returned to you.

Security: This is a secured facility with an alarm monitoring system. At all times, the utmost care is given to all artwork.

Pick Up: You are required to examine your art thoroughly before you leave our facility. If there are any issues/damage/defects to your artwork you must speak to the Director prior to leaving our facility. The Arts Center is not responsible for damage after you depart with your artwork. This applies to any trusted party that retrieves your artwork on your behalf.  *If you depart without notifying staff, any damage claims will not be the responsibility of The Arts Center. You should always check in and out with staff. You are required to pick up art on the scheduled pick up day to avoid damage in a storage area. The Arts Center reserves the right to charge a daily late fee of $5 per day.

The Arts Center is a 501c3, non-profit, charitable organization. A great deal of time and expense are involved in every exhibit. The Arts Center reserves the right to use images of your artwork for publicity purposes.
