As a Christian meditation of Jesus Christ is a priority in my life, the time I spend with the LORD Jesu is a key to receiving peace from heaven in this darkness world to live. The model is my son Daric who was a 7 year old boy by the time I painted it and his spiritual life is influenced by my religious experiences. This painting I uses realistic style and old masters lighting and shadow to empower the emotion on model’s face.
